Photo-Synthesis is the title I've given this project. It's mostly cyanotype prints made locally on site using available materials. These include washing the prints in streams or rainwater collected in the garden. I like the idea of using materials mostly found in the envronment. The works are a bit like the leaves on the trees, created from light and chemical reactions and eventually decaying into the ground. Some of the prints I have left on the earth overnight as if part of the forest floor.
