
Mark Waddington is a former TV producer living in Ilkley, West Yorkshire with a background in short-form filmmaking and creative development at the BBC in London.
After retiring from the BBC he devoted time to media education projects with local schools, community organisations and internationally with the BBC World Service Trust (as was). Until the end of 2021 he was the CEO of a community development charity.
He continues to support local community groups and individuals, particularly those relating to the visual arts.
Mark is developing his interest in photography through membership of the Royal Photographic Society, Yorkshire Photographic Union and local photography groups including Ilkley Camera Club.
